How does reach relate to film distribution?

Reach is the potential number of people targeted. So the wider a film is distributed the bigger the reach. Of course cost is a problem, but thats why bigger and more established companies have a much bigger reach as it were.

What is meant by the distribution plan?
Plan put into place by a mutual fund to assess fees from investors. These fees may be due to increased advertising costs or sales incentives as an example. Typically, these are a certain percentage of mutual fund assets.

A Clockwork Orange

Above are the three main posters released for Clockwork Orange, with the far right one being the official movie poster. The other two were teaser or alternative posters.

Below is the teaser trailer for C/O. Although it is longer than the official trailer, it gives much more of a 'tease' of what the film itself is about because the official trailer is incredibly eratic and fast paced.

Below is the official trailer for C/O and it was made in such a way that it matches the fast paced, disjointed-ness of the film as a whole. It captures the eccentricities and oddities of the film and it works fantastically.

From 1971 to now, this film has been released in 25 countries. It's estimated that the budget was $2,200,000.
